Ready on Day One

After a public-sector career working for Representative Joyce Beatty, Governor Ted Strickland, and on the Obama Campaign in Ohio in 2012, Patrick has spent the last 10 years working as an “Owner’s Representative.” This work involves planning and building complex, public-sector and non-profit projects – Rec-Centers, Libraries, Early-Learning Centers, City Halls, Cultural Arts Centers, etc. Patrick also worked on master plans for downtowns, fairgrounds, and large abandoned factory sites. All of these projects involve a significant amount of planning and community engagement, and through this work he’s learned to take a plan from concept to reality in ways that bring everyone together.
Patrick will bring this experience to the Board and help champion the realignment process. The schools are in a tough spot, and his ability to bring together the right people in the right way has helped him through many difficult projects and plans in his career.
